**Additional Costs:
The cost of naturopathic consultations does not include lab testing, prescriptions, supplements, 0r other recommended treatments therapies. These costs are variable, depending on the needs of each patient. 

Insurance Coverage
In order to provide the highest quality of patient care possible, we have decided not to take insurance at this time. This allows us to spend more time with you during your visits, as well as use the best methods of diagnosing and treating based on your individual needs rather than a list that is pre-approved by an insurance plan. We are happy to provide you superbills for Naturopathic Visits, but we cannot guarantee that insurance will approve reimbursement. We encourage you to take advantage of FSAs and HSAs.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

A credit card is required to book your appointment, but you will not be charged unless you do not come to your scheduled appointment, or you cancel in less than 24 hours. A late cancellation or missed appointment will be subject to a fee of $100.
